An organization founded by women to serve women

POWER believes you are your most important asset. We provide a robust, in-person and online forum that connects a vibrant community of diverse and dynamic professionals and committed corporate sponsors who work together to remove barriers so women can reach their full potential.

Knowing that the challenges women face on the way to leadership positions differs from men, we offer comprehensive, industry-neutral training and development programs on a wide array of topics that inspire women at all levels to expect more from themselves and elevate those around them.

Founded in 2017, Power has been working hard to break through barriers in everything we do. This is who we are. This is what the POWER of Professional Women is all about.
