This event is a great way to take an entertaining and rewarding break from your day. Meet our Speaker: Nicole L. LeVine - Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, PECO, An Exelon Company LeVine is responsible for leadership of PECO’s overall performance
associated with operations, safety, service reliability, and customer
satisfaction.
Professional History: Prior to her current position, LeVine served as vice president
of Electric Operations. There, she oversaw the daily operation
of PECO’s electric distribution system, including management of the
company’s Distribution System Operations and Construction
and Maintenance organization. LeVine also previously served as vice
president of Technical Services, where she was responsible for
the Distribution Engineering, Project Management, Long
Range Planning, and Vegetation Management organizations for
PECO. During her career, she has held various roles of
increasing responsibility in PECO Gas Operations, Field
Operations, Transmission & Substations, and Exelon Utilities.
Education: LeVine holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from
the University of Delaware.
Civic Engagement: LeVine serves as a director on the boards of the Girl
Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania and the MANN Center of
the Performing Arts. She also serves on the board of the
Southeastern Electric Exchange, Main Line Health, and Alyssa
Rose STEM Foundation 
We are pleased to introduce Neve Bonelli who will be our interviewer for this Career Conversation. Neve is passionate about the talent acquisition space and currently is the Managing Director of Juno Search Partners’ Administrative & Legal Practice, where she has spent the past 4+ years building meaningful relationships with clients and candidates. In her role as a full life cycle recruiter, Neve partners with organizations to deliver top talent, managing everything from prospecting and outreach to negotiating candidate offers to client agreements. Before joining Juno, Neve began her career in sales and marketing after earning a dual degree in Marketing and Global Enterprise Management from the University of Delaware. She is an active member of POWER, recently joining its Sponsorship Committee, and also serves on the Sponsorship Committee for HR Person of the Year. Outside of work, Neve is from the Greater Philadelphia Area and is excitedly planning her June 2026 wedding.
