Strategic Thinking & Leadership

Event cost: $20 for Members and $35 or non-members

Speaker: Nina Nowman, Managing Partner - Paravis Partners

Our Strategic Leadership & Thinking program is designed to improve the knowledge and capability of participants to focus and deliver on the organization’s most important strategic needs. To this end, participants build an understanding of what it means to be strategic at any level of the organization and learn important strategic thinking skills, including embracing inquiry and curiosity, using future-based thinking and perspective taking, and assessing impact and implications from an organization-wide lens, etc. They also learn strategies for enhancing their communication style so that they will be viewed as strategic thinkers. Finally, participants learn strategies for keeping the strategic focus front and center, a difficult but critical skill in successful strategic leadership.
