Come join POWER Board Member, Amy Frazier for our next member meet-up.  Amy is the Client Experience Organization and Sales Enablement Leader over PwC US and Mexico. Amy will lead a discussion around Inclusive Mindset.  An inclusive mindset and leadership skills are essential to building trust and delivering sustained outcomes, while building culture of belonging.

Bringing an inclusive mindset to our work and our relationships is about making sure diverse perspectives are actually heard, understood, and applied; that decisions are reached collaboratively; and that different perspectives influence decision-making in an ongoing way. Amy’s experience of fostering her team and PwC Partners and staff to enhance the overall customer experience is heavily dependent on bringing diverse perspectives and teams together.

In Amy’s role she is responsible for the oversight and leadership for both domestic and international resources focused on enabling the Firm’s client experience and sales enablement needs including proposal development, coaching to win, business development skill building, competitive intelligence and client listening.
