Led by practitioners Colleen Bertrand, Megan Miller, and Anna Greenwald.

Colleen’s Bio:

Colleen has 15+ years of experience in wellness and 10 years of business experience. She has the unique ability to blend western business and eastern holistic principles.

As a wellness professional she’s designed tailored programs on managing energy, attention and stress. This work is born of her lived experience and uses tools from yoga, ayurveda, mindfulness and modern behavioral science.  In recent years, she has also turned her attention to advising organizations on how to better structure workflows and the work environment to support employee engagement and wellbeing.

Colleen brings genuine care to her work, incorporating “head” and “heart” into her approach.  She is comfortable working within diverse settings and audiences.

In her private life, she is committed to various social issues including women’s health, inclusion, mental health and anti-racism.  She serves as a deacon at her local church and enjoys time with her family and in nature.

Colleen received an undergraduate degree in finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. Other certifications and memberships include Yoga Alliance, Tiny Habits Academy, and Yoga International (Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist).

Megan’s Bio:

Megan Miller is a professional speaker, host of Attention to Intention podcast, and self-proclaimed Intentional Living Expert.

Megan is dedicated to offering high performing go-getting professionals simple, daily micro-steps for putting attention to intention so they can stop sleepwalking through life and start living with inspiration and fulfillment.

Anna’s Bio

Anna Greenwald, Founder and CEO, On the Goga

Anna Greenwald is a wellbeing and future of work expert. Through her work As the founder & CEO of On the Goga, she has supported teams including Johnson & Johnson, PwC, L’Oreal, GrubHub, and Lyft to improve wellbeing. Greenwald is a TEDx Speaker and adjunct professor of mindfulness and wellbeing at Drexel University.
