This Board Member meet-up can serve either as a refresher for members who attended Grant Thornton’s Happiness at Work event or for those who weren’t able to make it we will explores what constitutes happiness at work, and how it varies across generations, why it matters, and how we can create work environments that promote happiness. Studies have shown that improving one’s overall happiness can enhance productivity, improve relationships, promote a healthier lifestyle, and improve mental health. We look forward to a ladies lunch and lively discussion on why, as women, deserve all the happiness in the world.
