Why Sponsor a Table?

By sponsoring a table at the Advocate Award, you will show your commitment to support sponsoring women in the workplace.  Numerous studies show when women have an advocate, they are more engaged, work on high impact projects, and grow in their careers.  When women hold leadership roles at every level of leadership in a company, those companies outperform their peers.

Benefits of Table Sponsorship:

1. Visibility: Your company logo will be prominently displayed at the sponsored table, offering excellent visibility among attendees.
2. Networking: Connect with like-minded individuals and organizations who share a commitment to women’s advancement.
3. Social Impact: Demonstrate your corporate social responsibility and commitment to gender equality.
4. Inspiration: Listen to the motivational stories of the winners, learning about the impact they make on women and leadership.
5. Business Impact: You can invite employees, clients, and guests to hear from a world renowned thought leader on women and sponsorship.  Sylvia Ann Hewlett, Founder & CEO Hewlett Consulting Partners, will share her research and experience about how sponsoring women in organizations benefits the sponsor, sponsee, and the business results.
