Join us on February 25th for a panel discussion with female executives from the Philadelphia Eagles as we explore their career journeys, their professional roles and respective areas of expertise, and their commitment to inspire and serve. The Eagles are a known progressive organization succeeding on many fronts both on and off the field.  Learn more about the culture and making a difference through sports.

Amy Campbell – Moderator

Amy Campbell is an NYC based host & reporter, currently serving as the host of the Philadelphia Eagles kickoff and post-game shows, and Sports Illustrated’s SI Now. Now in her second season with the Eagles, last year she served as a team reporter, traveling with the Eagles for pre-game, post-game, & locker room interviews, as well as live field hits for programming. In her role with Sports Illustrated, Amy hosts the daily live show, SI Now, bringing analysis and opinions on anything going on in the sports world. She’s interviewed guests from all walks of sports life, from Olympians to NBA stars to WWE champions, rock-climbers…you name it!

Amy prides herself on making guests feel comfortable and safe, allowing them to tell their stories in a new and unique way that hasn’t been done anywhere else (with Michael Phelps, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Rachael Denhollander being some of her favorites).

A proud grad of the University of Florida, Amy is a very passionate Gator, as well as Broadway-lover and foodie.

Catherine Carlson

Catherine Carlson was recently appointed Senior Vice President, Revenue and Strategy at the Philadelphia Eagles. In her role, Carlson is charged with building creative new business opportunities and enhancing current partnerships that contribute significantly to the success of the organization. She serves as the revenue leader for corporate and media partnerships and is responsible for driving new premium ticket and suite sales.  She is one of a handful of women executives in the NFL, in charge of driving revenue and strategy for a club.

Carlson joined the Eagles after working 11 seasons for the Orlando Magic. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and Premium Activation, she was a key member of the senior leadership team and was responsible for driving strategy and revenue for the Magic, affiliated properties and events, while also leading efforts to grow the Magic’s corporate sponsor base.   The Magic team consistently broke franchise records for the corporate partnership revenue under her leadership.

She also led the negotiations with the Walt Disney Company to become the team’s first jersey patch sponsor.  Her innovative approach created a marketing program for Disney around the jersey generated millions in ROI through annual theme park pass sales at Amway Center.

In addition to overseeing corporate partnerships, Carlson also led the premium activation team that was responsible for retention sales and creating world-class experiences for premium partners purchasing a suite, loge, MVP table and Legends product at Amway Center.  She was able to tap into the innovation lab process at the Magic to reimagine and renovate key premium spaces in the building to drive incremental revenue.

Carlson was also part of the opening team for the Amway Center, creating and building out 22 sponsor entitlement areas including national branded spaces such as the Kia Motors Terrace, Mercedes Benz Star Lounge the Gentleman Jack Terrace and the Nutrilite Magic Fan Experience.

Prior to joining the Magic, Carlson worked at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts for 11 years where she held various roles, including Manager of Alliance Development, overseeing the sports sponsorship team for Disney’s Wide World of Sports. She also spent five years of her Disney tenure developing corporate partners for the theme parks where she was able to significantly grow the sponsor revenue for signature events, such as the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival.

She also spent several years overseeing the sales and operations of the Walt Disney World Marathon.

Carlson earned a bachelor’s of business degree in sports management from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. After graduating from Deakin, Carlson worked for various Australian sports organizations including the Australian Hockey Association, Victorian Rugby League and the Australian Institute of Sport. In 1997, she moved to the United States to complete a master’s of science degree in sports management at the University of Massachusetts.

She is also involved with the International Cricket Council and was appointed as an Independent Board member of the newly formed USA Cricket in 2018, responsible for transforming the sport of Cricket in the USA.

Originally from Australia, Catherine now resides in Philadelphia with her husband Kevin, Tyler (12) and Jake (8).

Aileen Dagrosa

Aileen Dagrosa was named the team’s general counsel in 2010 after originally joining the Philadelphia Eagles in November 2007 as director of legal affairs. Dagrosa provides legal advice to each department of the organization and works with senior management to discuss legal issues impacting the company. She reviews and drafts all of the company’s contractual obligations involving the business and football team.

Prior to joining the Eagles, Dagrosa worked as a corporate associate at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York. She participated in private equity buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and sports financing acquisitions. Her clients included the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Jets, National Basketball Association, New Jersey Devils, Orlando Magic, Towers Perrin, and Veronis Suhler Stevenson.

Dagrosa is licensed to practice law in New York and in-house in Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association. She earned a B.A. in psychology from Yale University and a J.D. with a certificate in sports law from Tulane Law School.

Dagrosa also currently serves as the President of the Yale Volleyball Association and is on the Board of Advisors for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Center for the Study of Sports Law at Villanova University School of Law. Additionally, she is on the Alumni Board of Advisors for the Tulane Law School Sports Law Program.

Jen Kavanagh

Jen Kavanagh was named the team’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Media shortly after the Eagles’ Super Bowl LII victory during the 2018 offseason. Kavanagh is responsible for the team’s content, marketing and media strategy.

An award-winning industry leader for the past 15 years, Kavanagh was most recently the founder of JK Media, an advisory firm providing insight-driven strategies for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups.

Previously, as Principal at BRaVe Media Ventures, Kavanagh led advisory work for major clients, placing an emphasis on brand strategy, sales strategy, marketing strategy, organizational development and OTT strategy. Additionally, she was responsible for the content acquisition and development arm of the business, driving innovation around packaging for co-production partners.

Prior to joining BRaVe, Kavanagh served as the Executive Vice President and U.S. General Manager of Beamly, a socialmarketing platform for television. Beamly recruited Kavanagh from NBCU, where she was the Senior Vice President of Digital at the company’s Oxygen network. During her tenure with Oxygen, Kavanagh drove high-profile innovation and original streamed content that resulted in the network being recognized as a digital leader within the entertainment landscape.

Kristie Pappal

Kristie Pappal joined the Philadelphia Eagles in 2007 and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role she provides comprehensive human resources leadership including developing and leading HR strategy and policy, cultivating a positive and productive work environment, talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits and wellness, compensation and organizational development.  Proud to serve as a confidant and consultant to the senior leadership team.  Kristie is also involved in the team’s environmental initiatives through its Go Green! Program.

Kristie came to the Eagles from Town Sports International (TSI), parent company of New York, Philadelphia, Boston, and Washington Sports Clubs where she was the Director of Human Resources.  Prior to working with TSI, Kristie was the Human Resources Representative for Iron Mountain.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor & Industrial Relations (’00), Certificate in Human Resources and a minor in Psychology from Penn State University and is SPHR an SHRM-SCP certified.  Kristie is a Co-Chair of The Penn State University, School of Labor and Employment Relations Affiliated Alumni Program Group and a Chair for the Philadelphia CHRO Leadership Summit. In addition, Kristie is a member of the Senior HR Advisory Group for the Fox School of Business at Temple University as well as a member of POWER, The Power of Professional WoMen.  Kristie also serves as a student mentor with the College of Liberal Arts.  She was the 2015 recipient of the Penn State University College of Liberal Arts Outstanding Young Alumni Award and 2018 recipient of the Distinguished Alumni from the School of Labor and Employment Relations.
