Melissa’s Bio:
Melissa joined the Strange Wealth Advisory Group in 2015 and serves as Vice President / Wealth Management, Financial Advisor. Melissa delivers a process-oriented and personalized approach to each client relationship, with an emphasis on holistic financial planning. Melissa began her investment career in 2006 at Davenport & Company, a regional brokerage firm. Prior to joining Janney, Melissa was a Vice President of Investor Relations with Private Advisors, a $6 billion alternative investment management firm based in Richmond. In this role, Melissa worked with a variety of investors that included high net worth individuals, foundations, endowments, pension funds, and more.

Melissa is a Certified Financial PlannerTM, a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, and an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠.

Melissa was recognized by Forbes as a Best-in-State Women Wealth Advisor and a Best-in-State Next Gen Wealth Advisor in 2023.

Melissa graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Economics. She holds her Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses, and is a licensed insurance agent. Melissa and her husband Ted live in Midlothian with their three sons, Harrison, Clay and Grayson.

Sue’s Bio:
Sue is a financial professional who brings over 25 years of leadership, financial and organizational experience to her clients. She has a true passion for helping people achieve their financial goals. By delivering outstanding value and service, Sue works with individuals, families and small businesses seeking to prepare for their futures and protect families and finances at every life stage. She enjoys educating and implementing customized strategies with her clients focusing on Retirement

Planning, Family Wealth Transfer and Estate Planning Strategies. For small business owners, her services extend from providing a full range of employee benefits (including group benefits, qualified retirement plans, and deferred compensation programs) to developing business succession planning strategies for the owners and their families. Sue’s passion shines through with her Share Your Love presentation to help families understand and take responsibility for getting their “house in order”. Sue resides in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, golf, travel, and weather permitting, flying single-engine planes.

Caroline’s Bio:
Caroline Wyspianski is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager in Glenmede’s Philadelphia office. In this role, she is responsible for providing investment advice, asset allocation and ongoing portfolio management for Glenmede clients. Ms. Wyspianski partners with advisory, tax and wealth planning colleagues to understand client goals, provide tailored guidance and ensure clients’ wealth management objectives are fulfilled. Ms. Wyspianski also serves as the Chair of the Investment Process Review Committee which is responsible for the oversight of processes employed by key investment teams in Glenmede Private Wealth.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Wyspianski served in Portfolio Management for Hirtle Callaghan & Co., responsible for optimizing investment plans for institutional, family office and high-net-worth private clients. Before that, she was a Relationship Manager with Credit Suisse in the London offices of the Private Banking division.

Ms. Wyspianski earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in government and English composition from Colby College and her Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Wyspianski is a Founding Partner of Social Venture Partners of Philadelphia and a co-Chair of POWER of Professional Women Executive Roundtable.

Cindy’s Bio:
Cindy is a Vice President with SolomonEdwards’ Banking and Financial Services Practice. She has spent her entire career developing relationshipsthat generate profitability and revenue sustainability across a broad spectrum of industries, including financial services, nonprofit organizations, and government. Cindy combines dynamic leadership with an enthusiastic sales approach that delivers profitable success and is recognized for her ability to maintain client relationshipsthat pair sensible solutions with fiscal responsibility in heavily regulated and competitive industries. Noted for her strong business acumen and ability to grasp new concepts, Cindy is a trusted problem solver who collaborates with all levels of an organization to build trust, establish direction, and align efforts in the pursuit of growth. She is successful at managing and advising C-Level and senior executive leadership on decision making, initiative implementation, and program management to implement effective, enterprise-wide strategies that maximize value.
