Accelerating Innovation (Part 2)

This experiential and interactive workshop (the second of a two-part series) will aim to dive deeper on the theme of using innovation to build a more customer-centric company and culture. During the session, participants will be exposed to design thinking tactics and tools that enable effective collaboration for customer centricity. Participants will learn how to activate empathy and better understand customer needs, wants, frustrations, and the ways in which they interact with the brand, product, or service.

Panelists: 

Brady Halligan, Director of Strategic Design at Navigate 

Whether he’s tackling a customer experience transformation or organizational and operating model design, Brady skillfully navigates multi-dimensional challenges while pioneering fresh perspectives and rallying leaders and their teams around a unified vision. In all of his projects, he ensures the prioritization of empathetic, human-centered approaches to change. Throughout his career, he has established himself as a champion of innovative tactics for leading customer-centric missions.

Nicole Fox, Director of Customer Experience and Insights at AmerisourceBergen 

With over 15 years of experience at AB in roles ranging from sales to training and continuous improvement in distribution centers, Nicole solidified her knowledge of and attunement to innovative human-centered approaches. In her current role, she is heavily focused on removing waste out of processes within a lean six sigma capacity and enabling teams with the tools and resources they need to support their internal or external customer.
